Politique de remboursement

We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging. If our customer care team feel that any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you at your own cost.

Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

HOW TO RETURN: 

We will refund any sums that you have paid to us, with the exception of postage and packaging.

Please request a return on the customer login portal ( My Rap Orders) , via our website footer, before returning parcels.

-Please always obtain proof of postage and tracking number when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

- Once we receive your order and it passes inspection you will be offered a store credit or a refund.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please follow the same steps as above and also;

Please ensure that you tick the "returned goods" box in the context section of the customs form when returning your item. If it is not ticked there will be additional customs charges which you will be liable for.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Please contact our customer care team directly at info@realartisticpeople.com to confirm your items are eligible for an exchange.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Should you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer care team directly at info@realartisticpeople.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out and get the right item to you as quickly as possible. 

REFUNDS

Please allow us 15 working days from receiving your items to process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been done, but please be advised it may take a further 3-5 days for the funds to clear in your bank account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
